MY STORY WASN’T BUILT OVERNIGHT

ABOUT LEGACY FORMED

My journey didn’t start with a perfect routine, perfect nutrition, or knowing exactly what I was doing. It started with wanting something different for myself.

At one point, I was 289 pounds. I knew I needed to make changes, but like a lot of people, I also had to learn how to make those changes actually stick.

Over time, I lost more than 70 pounds, changed the way I trained, learned more about nutrition, and — more importantly — learned what real consistency and discipline look like.

There were good days, difficult days, setbacks, adjustments, and plenty of moments when motivation wasn’t enough. That taught me that transformation isn’t about being perfect. It’s about continuing to show up and becoming better through the process.

Fitness changed my body, but the biggest change was the person I had to become along the way.

My own transformation made me want to understand fitness at a deeper level — not just for myself, but so I could help other people create lasting change in their own lives.

That led me to continue my education through ISSA in personal training and nutrition coaching, while learning more about training, habits, accountability, and long-term transformation.

But Legacy Formed wasn’t created from a certification alone. It was built from experience.

I know what it feels like to want change, to struggle with consistency, to make adjustments, and to keep going even when progress doesn’t happen as quickly as you want.

That experience shaped the way I want to coach: realistic training, practical nutrition, accountability, and support built around real life.

FROM TRANSFORMATION TO PURPOSE

Because your legacy isn’t formed in one workout or one perfect week. It’s formed through the habits you repeat, the standards you build, and the person you become through the process.

WHY LEGACY FORMED?

BUILT THROUGH DISCIPLINE.
